On March 16, 2022, I received my official astronaut wings from the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration---I have quite a history with that organization!). My fellow Blue Origin astronauts who completed their spaceflights before the end of 2021 also received theirs.

At 82, I ws the oldest person to have gone to space (up to that time---I'm still the oldest woman to have done that!). Oliver Daemon, who was on the flight with me, was the youngest person to reach space, at the age of 18.
